外務省大阪分室の窓口で証明（アポスティーユ、公印確認）を申請すると、ここ数年は、申請日の翌々日（平日のみ）に発行されていました。
現在は、所要日数がもう少し長くなっています。
・窓口受け取りの場合：申請の４開庁日後（月曜に申請なら金曜日）
・郵送受け取りの場合：申請の３開庁日後（月曜に申請なら木曜日）に外務省から発送
なお、窓口の受付時間は以下のとおりです。
月～金（祝日除く）
（申請）AM9:00～PM12:00, PM1:15～PM4:30
（受取）AM9:00～PM12:15, PM1:00～PM5:00
ただし、申請、受取とも郵送での手続きが推奨されています。
・窓口で申請、郵送で受取は可能です。
・郵送で申請、窓口で受取はできません。
If you apply for a certification including Apostille at the counter of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Osaka Office, the current processing time before the completed document is delivered is as follows:
- Delivery at the counter: 4 business days (ex. application on Monday, delivery on Friday)
- Delivery by post: 3 business days (ex. application on Monday, completed document posted on Thursday)
The open hours of the MOFA Osaka Office are:
- Monday – Friday (excluding national holidays)
- Application: AM9:00～PM12:00, PM1:15～PM4:30
- Receipt: AM9:00～PM12:15, PM1:00～PM5:00
However, the use of mail service is encouraged more than visiting the office for certification services, for both application and receipt.
You can apply for certification at the office counter and receive it by mail, however, you cannot apply for certification by mail and receive it at the office counter.
